Urology Associates provides on-call emergency room coverage to Integris Baptist Medical Center Portland Aveneue (Formerly Deaconess Hospital), Integris Health Edmond and Integris Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon.

If medication refills are needed please ask your pharmacy to send request electronically.  Allow minimum of 72 hours to complete refill process, controlled substances such as testosterone may take longer due to government regulations. An appointment may be required if your last appointment has been over 6-12 months.

Answering service is available after office hours for urgent issues by calling 405-749-9655.  If you are having a medical emergency proceed to nearest Emergency Room.
